Very few Fairey Bulldogs were built, this one is hull number 12, built in 1977 has an illustrious history with the Clyde Port Authority as a hydrographic survey vessel, named Newark ,the ancient name of the port of Glasgow, see picture of her in service.

 

She has a kitchen rudder which allows her to turn on the spot.  The Bulldog offers much more space onboard than a Mitchell 31.

 

New Ark is in Bembridge, on the button and ready to go, well maintained Ford Dorset starts and runs perfectly.
